Oaxaca is built from green and pink cantera stone, and the 20 de Noviembre market fills with smoke from grilled tasajo by lunchtime. Mezcal comes with orange slices and worm salt. An open metal oval with soft tinted lenses that turn the afternoon a little rosier.
