Privacy

We collect only what we need to send you your order and, if you ask, the occasional letter.

What we keep

• Your name, email and shipping address, to fulfil and support your order.
• What you ordered and when, so you can see your order history.
• Your email address, if you subscribe to our letters.

Who handles it

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Orders and accounts are stored with Supabase, and transactional email is sent through Resend. Your shipping address is shared with the carrier that delivers your parcel.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from any letter with one click. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, write to support@sohel.com.

We do not sell your information.
