How long will my order take?+
Every pair is checked, cleaned and boxed by hand before it leaves, so allow 2 to 3 weeks from order to doorstep. You get a tracking link by email the moment it ships.
Where do you ship?+
Within the United States for now. Shipping is $6, and complimentary on orders over $75.
Do the lenses protect my eyes?+
Every lens blocks 100% of UVA and UVB rays (UV400). Frames with polarized lenses say so on their page; polarized lenses also cut glare from water and roads.
What comes in the box?+
Your frames, a protective case and a cleaning cloth, packed in our box.
Can I return them?+
Yes. Unworn frames with their case, cloth and box can come back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. See shipping and returns.
Can I change or cancel my order?+
Write to support@sohel.com within 24 hours of ordering and we will change or cancel it. After that, your frames may already be on their way to us.
How do I care for them?+
Rinse off sand and salt with lukewarm water, dry with the cloth, and keep them in the case. Avoid paper towels, hot cars and resting them lens-down.
Sizing
Reading a frame size
Each frame lists three numbers in millimetres, like 49-22-145. The easiest way to find yours is to look inside the arm of a pair you already like. The same three numbers are usually printed there.
- 49Lens width
- Across one lens at its widest. Under 48 sits small, 48 to 52 medium, over 52 large.
- 22Bridge
- The gap between the lenses. A wider bridge sits lower and suits a broader nose.
- 145Temple
- The arm, from hinge to tip. 140 to 145 fits most adults.
