Shipping and returns

Delivery

Every pair is checked, cleaned and boxed by hand before it leaves us, then sent with tracking. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks from order to doorstep. You will receive an email with your tracking link the moment your order ships, and you can follow it any time from your orders.

Shipping is $6 and complimentary on orders over $75. We currently ship within the United States.

Returns

If your frames are not right, you have 30 days from delivery to return them unworn, with their case, cloth and box, for a full refund of the item price. Write to support@sohel.com with your order number and we will reply with the return address.

If anything arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days and we will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.

Lenses

All lenses block 100% of UVA and UVB rays (UV400). Sunglasses are not suitable for looking directly at the sun or for night driving.
