In Cairo the felucca captains on the Nile nap in the shade at noon and start sailing again once the heat breaks, usually with a glass of sweet black tea. A classic teardrop aviator with a double bridge, the shape pilots wore crossing the desert, with polarized lenses for the glare off the river.
